Assessment and feedback
Delegates are evaluated continuously through formative assessments in the classroom, with constructive feedback from facilitators and peers based on practical exercises.
Summative assessment follows through work-based activities and assignments submitted to the facilitator for evaluation. Every participant receives a training file with interactive activities and outcomes-based learning material.
