For so long, there has been neglect in the development and skills empowerment of this key production element and the most important asset in any organisation, which has been leaving organisations inefficient and ineffective.
It is with this background that our mission and focus have been deliberately twined into this need for development of our communities and economies.
Integrated Corporate Skills Solutions was therefore, incorporated and is run by a passionate and dedicated team of professional consultants with vast knowledge and experience in tertiary and post-tertiary education, training, research and real-life business consultancy projects.
With a combined skills workforce experience of over 30 years, the key strategy of the enterprise is in identifying and addressing each client’s specific needs using different sets and unique approaches as no client is similar to the next.

Quality Management and Accreditation
Integrated Corporate Skills Solutions (ICSS) has institutional and learning programme accreditation that is monitored by the Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) ETQA and will be extending our scope to other SETAs soon. Our dedicated Business Units (SBUs), continuously insure and strive to provide high quality service to our clients through rigorous monitoring and evaluation in order to comply with our ETQA as well as internal requirements by:
- Assuring that our learners and clients are provided with accredited trainings that comply with the required standards for learning and assessment
- Ensuring that our office staff, business partners, associate consultants, facilitators, coaches, assessors and moderators adhere to strict codes of ethics enforced by our Quality Management Division
