- Technical information needed to run and secure the website, such as your IP address and browser type, which may be recorded in server logs by our hosting provider.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes or proposals you ask for.
- To administer training, learnerships, consulting or events that you or your organisation book with us.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We process enquiry information with your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and where necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for direct marketing without your separate consent.
Who we share it with
Your information is only shared with service providers who help us operate our business – such as our website hosting and email providers – and only as needed for the purposes above. Where a provider is located outside South Africa, we take steps to ensure your information receives protection comparable to POPIA.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted automatically, unless we need to keep them longer because you became a client or the law requires it.
