Quality management

How we protect the quality of every programme

Our business units work with a dedicated Quality Management Division that monitors and evaluates delivery against both our quality council requirements and our own internal standards.

  • Accredited, standards-based learning. Learners and clients receive accredited training that complies with the required standards for learning and assessment.
  • Ethical practitioners. Office staff, business partners, associate consultants, facilitators, coaches, assessors and moderators follow a strict code of ethics enforced by our Quality Management Division.
  • Evidence-based assessment. Delegates are assessed formatively during training and summatively through work-based activities and assignments evaluated by the facilitator.
  • Measurable impact. Clients can add pre- and post-course assessments to measure the effect of a training intervention.
